Zoom

Start zoom. In Windows, press the windows key and start typing ‘zoom’. When it appears at the top hit ‘enter’

Click the ‘sign in’ button

Either enter the email and password when the account was created or if the account was created with a gmail account then click on the ‘Sign in with Google’ or ‘Sign in with Facebook’ if your Facebook email address and password were used. It is recommended to use your Google account which ends in ‘@gmail.com’

If you don’t have an account then click on ‘Sign Up Free’ in the lower right-hand corner.

Once logged in you should see the following:

To schedule a meeting click on the ‘Schedule’ button. You will see a screen similar to the following screen:

  • Enter a Topic. I chose ‘ Test Zoom Meeting’
  • Select a Start Date and Time
  • Select a Duration and tick the box if is a ‘Recurring meeting’
  • Leave the everything else the same
